🧩 Big Sudoku — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

Big Sudoku (“the App”) is made by ITPM Group (“we”, “us”). We designed the App to respect your privacy. You do not need an account, and the App does not ask you for your name, address, or any other personal details. This policy explains the limited data the App handles and the choices you have.

The short version: Your puzzles, progress, and settings are stored on your own device. We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports so we can improve the App. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

1. Information the App handles

2. How we use this information

We use the limited data above only to operate the App, understand how it is used in aggregate, fix crashes and bugs, deliver any notifications you opt into, and improve the experience. We do not use it to advertise to you and we do not sell it.

3. Who we share it with

The analytics, crash, and notification data is processed on our behalf by Google Firebase. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Your choices and rights

5. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention and security

On-device data remains until you reset progress or delete the App. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to Google’s standard retention periods. We rely on Apple’s and Google’s industry-standard security to protect data in transit and at rest.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
