Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions → Liftoff → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, at least 24 hours before it ends, you won’t be charged anything.
I bought a subscription but the levels are still locked.
Open Liftoff → tap the gear icon → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I got a new iPhone. Will I lose my subscription?
No. Install Liftoff, then use Restore purchases as above. Your progress itself is stored on your device, so it moves to a new iPhone only through an iCloud or computer backup.
How do I start over?
Open Liftoff → gear icon → Reset all data. This erases your progress, streak and test results on this device and cannot be undone.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes. Liftoff follows your iPhone’s text size: open Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size, or Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text.
Is Liftoff a medical app?
No. Liftoff is a brain-training game. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
