1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Liftoff: Brain Memory Focus mobile application (“Liftoff”, “the App”), made by ITPM Group (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What Liftoff is — and is not
Liftoff is a brain-training game with exercises, puzzles and self-discovery tests designed to exercise your memory, focus and thinking speed. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and its tests are for reflection and entertainment, not clinical assessment. If you have concerns about your memory, mood or wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Free content and subscriptions
The daily plan, the five brain exercises and all tests are free. Each puzzle game is free to play up to level 10. A subscription opens all 1000 levels of every puzzle game.
The App offers two optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Yearly — $19.99 per year (or the local-currency equivalent shown in the App Store), starting with a 7-day free trial.
- Weekly — $1.99 per week (or the local-currency equivalent), with no free trial.
Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- Free trial: if you cancel at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Liftoff on your iPhone or iPad. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To restore a subscription on a new or reinstalled device, tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the subscription screen.
5. Your data
The App stores your progress and answers only on your device. We do not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where applicable law expressly permits this.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
