This Privacy Policy explains how the Liftoff: Brain Memory Focus mobile application (“Liftoff”, “the App”) handles information. The App is made by ITPM Group (“we”, “us”).
The short version
- We collect nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-in and no registration.
- Everything stays on your iPhone or iPad. Your progress, answers and results are stored only inside the App on your device.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it does not send your activity to us or to anyone else.
- Apple handles payments. We never see your name, payment details or Apple ID.
1. Information stored on your device
To work, the App saves the following only on your device, inside the App’s private storage. It is never sent to us, and we have no way to access it:
- Training progress — exercise difficulty levels, scores, puzzle game levels reached, and your daily streak.
- Your personalization answers — the goal you chose, the area you want to improve, and how many minutes a day you plan to train.
- Test answers and results — your answers to the self-discovery tests and the results shown to you. This includes the reflection-style questionnaires. These are kept on your device only, are never transmitted, and are not medical or health records.
- Settings — theme (Night / Light / Auto), sound and vibration preferences.
- Subscription status — whether a plan is active, so the App knows which levels to open.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, receive, store or have access to:
- your name, email address, phone number or any other contact details;
- your location;
- your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar or health data;
- device identifiers or advertising identifiers;
- usage statistics, analytics events or crash reports;
- anything about your activity in other apps or websites.
The App does not make network requests to our servers or to any third-party service.
3. Purchases
Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment. The App is told only whether your subscription is currently active — we never receive your name, payment method or Apple ID. Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
4. Notifications
If you start a free trial, the App can remind you two days before the trial ends, so you are never charged by surprise. This reminder is scheduled locally on your device. iOS asks for your permission first; you can decline, or turn notifications off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Liftoff.
5. Backups
Like other apps, Liftoff’s on-device data may be included in your device’s own backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you have them turned on. Those backups are controlled by you and by Apple — we do not have access to them.
6. Deleting your data
You can erase everything the App has stored at any time:
- inside the App: open Settings → Reset all data; or
- delete the App from your device, which removes all of its data.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you on our servers, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or delete — all App data is on your device and under your control, as described in section 6. 8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. It has no chat, sharing or user-generated content, and it collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
9. Health information
Liftoff is a brain-training game. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It does not read from or write to Apple Health, and no test answer or score ever leaves your device.
10. Security
Data stored by the App is protected by the iOS app sandbox and by your device’s passcode and encryption. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit for us to protect.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change ever means the App would start collecting information, we will say so clearly before it takes effect.
