Licence
Spin Wheel is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms below add to it; where they conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.
Subscriptions
Spin Wheel is free to download and free to use. Spin Wheel Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited wheels, photo wheels, premium palettes and unlimited voice control.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.
Fair use of randomness
Spin Wheel is a randomiser. Every spin is an independent random draw, and the app does not weight, rig or pre-decide results. It is intended for everyday decisions, games and classroom use. It is not a gambling product, is not suitable for wagering, and must not be used where the outcome carries legal, financial, medical or safety consequences.
Your content
The wheels, options, photos and names you put into the app are yours. They stay on your device — see the Privacy Policy — and we claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo or name you add, and for what you choose to share when you share a result.
Availability
The app is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it working on supported versions of iOS, iPadOS and watchOS, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
